PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of a wastewater treating apparatus by reducing the generation of industrial waste at a ready mixed concrete plant and preventing wastewater from being sucked out from a cyclone being one unit of the wastewater treating apparatus. SOLUTION: This closed system apparatus for treating ready mixed concrete wastewater is used for treating the ready mixed concrete adhered to the inside of a mixer of a concrete mixer-mounted car. The apparatus is provided with a washing unit, a separation unit for separating sand and gravel from the water used for washing, a sludge storage tank for storing the wastewater, a supernatant water tank for storing the supernatant water of the sludge storage tank, a concentration adjusting unit for forming concentrated sludge of the prescribed concentration by mixing the sludge water and the supernatant water so that all kinds of the concentrated sludge produced at the concentration adjusting unit are reused. Such means are opened, as are arranged on the overflow pipe and the underflow pipe of the cyclone as the separation unit for discharging the air in the cyclone to the atmosphere.
