PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for exterminating termites capable of carrying out installation, exchanging a natural enemy mold and primarily infecting a large amount of the termites and a method for exterminating the termites by which the termites can efficiently be exterminated without finding a termite trail or nest. SOLUTION: This device for exterminating the termites is obtained by arranging a bait material for the termites and a culture carrier for the natural enemy mold for the termites in the interior of a hollow cylindrical or square netlike material capable of passing the termites therethrough. The method for exterminating the termites comprises embedding the device for exterminating the termites in the ground.
