PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flat yarn composed of an polyolefin having excellent transparency, slipperiness, forming processability and a woven fabric and a knitted fabric having excellent appearance, softness and resistance to scuffing, useful as a packaging material, a cover, etc., by using the same. SOLUTION: This polyolefin flat yarn contains 100-10,000 ppm of an alkylenebis higher fatty acid amide based on the polyolefin. This woven fabric and this knitted fabric are obtained by using the polyolefin flat yarn.
