PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of tearing-off of an iron case when a gas blowing plug is drawn out. SOLUTION: When the gas blowing plug is manufactured, deformed bar steels as the reinforcing material, are fitted to a bottom plate by welding, and after setting a gas blowing brick, castable refractory is poured into a gap between the iron case and the gas blowing brick to enhance the sticking strength between the iron case and the castable refractory.
