PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external patch which is made securer in the tight adhesion of a moisture-containing tacky adhesive layer and a supporting body controlled particularly in moisture permeability to a specific range by improving the affinity between both, is improve in the shape holdability of the tacky adhesive layer by decreasing the moisture in the moisture-containing tacky adhesive layer at need and is made additionally higher in a cooling effect and longer in the cooling persistent time by previously depositing moisture on the supporting body and laminating the moisture-containing tacky adhesive layer on the supporting body deposited with the moisture. SOLUTION: The supporting body of the patch of a dermatological affixation type which is formed by laminating a tacky adhesive layer containing moisture on the one side surface of a film or sheet shape supporting body is formed of a material which is formed by laminating cloth and cloth, partially bonding the laminate and controlling the adhesive area to regulate the moisture permeability to the range of 2,800 to 4,400 g/m2.24 hr. The moisture is deposited on this supporting body at 20 to 400 wt.% of its own weight of the supporting body before the lamination of the tacky adhesive layer.
