PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiography platform with which standing posture photographing and side photographing can be performed from a far distance without causing X-ray cutting off by means of a grid at the time of positioning an X-ray tube before photographing. SOLUTION: By erecting and tilting the radiography platform, a photographing system 16 is pulled out to this side from a photographing device 5 (a) which is provided under the top board 3 of the platform and has grid stripes 6 in the lengthwise direction of the top board 3 by means of a sliding mechanism 7 and set to a standing posture photographing position (b). Then the separately positioned X-ray tube 1 for photographing is prepared and the standing posture photographing is performed by localizing the tube 1 above or below the stripes 6. In addition, the photographing system 16 is set to a side photographing position (c) by pulling out the photographing device 5 (a) to this side around the A-axis 9 of the device 5 (a) and bending the device 5 (a) upward around the B-axis 10 of the device 5 (a). Then, side photographing is performed by localizing the X-ray tube 1 above or below the grid stripes 6.
