PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pet sheet in which urine adhering on a flap can be diffused and absorbed. SOLUTION: This pet sheet is equipped with a flap formed at least at the circumference of the edge of an absorbent and opened to the center of the absorbent on a top sheet. The upper surface of the flap has hydrophilicity absorbing a liquid. The urine dispersed and absorbed on the upper surface of the flap can be prevented from remaining thereon as water droplet, adhering to the hand, spilling to a floor, etc., when disposing the pet sheet because the urine dispersed on the upper surface of the flap is absorbed into the flap.
