PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition reinforced with an inorganic filler, having improved color tone and heat resistance, suitable as a molding material for moldings such as an optical disc, a sheet or transparent moldings such as a glass substitute. SOLUTION: This aromatic polycarbonate resin composition is characterized by compounding 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate which is a polycarbonate produced by a reaction between an aromatic dihydroxy compound and a compound into which a carbonate bond can be introduced and having 12,000-40,000 viscosity-average molecular weight, <=1,000 ppm content of a specific cyclic oligomer in which the ratio of the specific cyclic oligomer content to the total oligomer content satisfies a specific relation and is incorporated with 1-300 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler.
