PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new opened nonwoven fabric production belt for producing an opened nonwoven fabric having elliptic opening portions for continuously forming long diameters in the lateral direction of the nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: This belt for producing the opened nonwoven fabric comprising a plastic woven fabric on whose surface comprising warps and wefts warp knuckled portions wherein at least the warps are downward bent at the cross points of the warps with the wefts are formed, characterized by disposing the warps and the wefts in the direction CD and in the direction MD, respectively.
