PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a resin composition having excellent heat resistance and molding processability, flexibility, being more inexpensive than a conventional one and a molding using the resin composition. SOLUTION: (1) This resin composition comprises 1-99 wt.% of a poly-1,4- phenylene ether (A) and 99-1 wt.% of an alkenyl aromatic resin (B). (2) The resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of total weight of 1-99 wt.% of the poly-1,4-phenylene ether (A), 99-1 wt.% of the alkenyl aromatic resin (B) and 1-50 pts.wt. of a rubber (C). (3) The molding is obtained by using the resin composition described in (1) or (2) and is, to be concrete, an extrusion molding, an injection molding, a blow molding, press molding, especially, a film, a sheet and a bottle.
