PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase economical property, facilitate handling, remove fine dust and dirt being harmful in health which are discharged from a dust and dirt storage device of a vacuum cleaner, and circulate clean air. SOLUTION: Fine dust and dirt are removed by adsorbing and fixing them to an adhesive board by utilizing a fact that dust and dirt discharged from the dust and dirt storage device of the vacuum cleaner have a wind pressure and are fine and light-weight.
