PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet that is easy to use, convenient to carry, economical, and easy to treat after use. SOLUTION: A stiff ring member 3 is mounted on the opening 1 of a bag member 2. The bag member 2 is made up of an external bag 2a mounted to the ring member 3, and a throwaway internal bag 2b inserted detachably into the inside thereof. The ring member 3 comprises divisible two members, namely, a small U-shaped member 3a and a near tuning fork-shaped member 3b, and makes the toilet foldable.
