PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caring lift supporting structure whose constructing work is easily and speedily performed. SOLUTION: In the caring lift provided with a pair of erected supports, a traveling rail 2 disposed between these supports 1 and a caring device 3 suspended at this rail 2 in a movable manner, locking parts disposed at both ends of the rail 2 are engaged with parts to be locked disposed at the upper ends of the supports 1 from an upper side long the axial direction of the supports 1, and are supported.
