PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable legless chair usable on a spot without minding the surroundings, excellent in appearance, enabling a stable long-hour sitting comfortable to carry, and having a feeling of a soft touch. SOLUTION: This portable legless chair 10 is provided with a pedestal 11 formed in inverted trapezoidal shape on the major axis side to support weight when the user is seated; a bag body 14, in which the pedestal 11 is enclosed, with an opening part closed with a hanging cord 15 circulating around the opening part; and a storage part 16 for the hanging cord 15 provided open at the bottom part of the pedestal 11.
