PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation wire manufacturing machine for an endoscope capable of easily manufacturing an operation wire in which individual twisting directions of a plurality of elastic wires are reversed to intertwining directions of the wires. SOLUTION: The operation wire manufacturing machine for the endoscope comprises a wire assembling support means 40 for integrally supporting the plurality of the elastic wires 1 at one end side, individual wire support means 20 for individually supporting the wires 1 at the other end side, wire twisting means 14 and 17 for twisting the wires 1 in the same direction around individual axes, and wire intertwining means 11 and 25 for integrally intertwining the wires 1 reversely to the twisting direction.
