发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYAMIDE COMPOSITE MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyamide composite material having transparency, gas-barrierness and mechanical properties required for a packaging material at a low cost by uniformly and finely dispersing a lamellar silicate in a polyamide resin having a specific structure. SOLUTION: The objective polyamide composite material composed of (A) a polyamide resin and (B) a lamellar silicate is produced by carrying out the polycondensation reaction of a diamine containing >=70 mol% xylylenediamine or bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane in the diamine component with a dicarboxylic acid containing >=70 mol% 4-20Cα,ω-straight-chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acid in the dicarboxylic acid component and adding (B) lamellar silicate to the polycondensation product when the amount of water produced by the polycondensation reaction reaches >=70% of the theoretical production amount of water. The amount of the lamellar silicate is adjusted to give a polyamide composite material having a lamellar silicate content of 0.1-10 wt.%.
