plastic metal working, namely apparatuses for forming annular corrugations on shells at process for making corrugated tubes of boiler units. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is provided with heating member and device mounted on second rest of machine tool coaxially with detachable mandrel for preventing heat irradiation from heated blank. Said device is heat insulated and it has two windows. Apparatus embraces with gap outer cylindrical surface of worked shell, its end and upper portion of mandrel with possibility of regulating spacing between heating member and heated surface of shell and with possibility of motion in direction crossing rest feed direction. Said motion is realized by means of mobile guides secured to outer surface of apparatus and moving with use of screw-nut transmission along fixed guides mounted in rest of machine tool. In one window of device for preventing heat irradiation, heating member is arranged, in other window - roller is placed. EFFECT: reduced labor consumption at making corrugated shells, reliable protection of machine tool units against heat irradiation. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
