CENTRIFUGAL ROLLING GRANULATOR AND POWDER AND GRANULAR MATERIAL TREATING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a centrifugal rolling granulator in such a manner that a sufficient rolling effect may be imparted to unshaped fine powder. SOLUTION: The upper side of a cylindrical sidewall 6 having a powder contact section 6a on the inner side is provided with an upwardly diametrally reducing section 8 which is reduced in diameter toward the upper side as an inward guiding means. The powder contact section 6a of the powder and granular materials 2 on a rotary tray 7 are centrifugally risen by a centrifugal force by rotation of the rotary tray and is guided toward the inner side of a centrifugal tumbling chamber 5 by the diametrally reducing powder contact section 8a of the upwardly diametrally reducing section 8, by which the sufficient rolling effect is imparted even to the unshaped fine powder, unlike the centrifugal rolling granulator of the conventional constitution. The device may also be provided with air supplying means for drying in the upper position of the rotary tray.
