PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film having a uniform film thickness without film unevenness on a surface of a plate glass by using a flexographic printer. SOLUTION: A coating liquid tank rotatable at a rotational shaft in a longitudinal direction and having a plurality of supply holes or a continuous supply slit provided above a liquid level of a coating liquid in an overall longitudinal direction substantially coincident with the length of a doctor roll in the case of supplying the liquid to the flexographic printer is provided, and the tank is rotated to drip the liquid on the rotating doctor roll at least within 10 s or preferably 2 s or less from the holes or the slit. |
