<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch printed matter, surely concealing secret information and not receiving any restriction in the design of the same. SOLUTION: The scratch printed matter is an indicating medium provided with brittle concealing parts, formed on the substrate 11 of the printed matter with the secret information 12 so as to cover and conceal the secret information, brought into a visible condition by removing the brittle concealing parts, while the brittle concealing parts are constituted of two layers or more of scratch ink layers 14, 15.</p> |
