<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an issuing method for a card, capable of issuing under a condition that the checking of a card issued to an applicant with the paper of application written by the applicant can be effected with no mistake, and the same method of another card, on which a bar-code, capable of checking an issued card with the paper of application with no mistake and capable of effecting the issuing procedure of the card efficiently within a short period of time, is indicated. SOLUTION: The card is characterized by a constitution wherein a label, whose substrate positioned at least at the uppermost surface side is adhered on the predetermined area of the surface of the substrate of the card so as to be separatable while the same bar-code is indicated so as to ride over the surface of the substrate of the label and that of the card. Upon the issuance of the card, the issuance is characterized by a procedure that the substrate of label, wherein the bar-code is indicated, is separated from the surface of the substrate of the card, then, the substrate of the label is adhered to the paper of application wherein a private information specifying the applicant of the card is written and, thereafter, the card is issued.</p> |
