PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride paste sol composition whose storage stability is improved without losing various properties such as adhesivity and strength. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride paste sol composition is prepared by adding a material which is to be absorbed on potassium carbonate and/or a vinyl chloride paste resin, and consists of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a 10-22C saturated fatty acid, its amine salt and an amine salt of an unsaturated fatty acid while a vinyl chloride paste sol which contains the potassium calcium and the vinyl chloride paste resin is kneaded.
