PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate neck checks of a glass bottle. SOLUTION: A semi-dough nut shaped notch part is formed at the part for forming a neck part of a forming surface of the body of a roughcast or a finisher, and a neck part-forming plate in a semi-dough nut shape, having an inner periphery surface of a neck part-forming surface is attached to the notch part so as to be slightly movable. The generation of the neck checks becomes difficult because the neck part-forming plate is formed into a different body from the body, and the neck part-forming plate can slightly be movable in the horizontal direction to cushion the shock added to the glass at the time of the opening of the mold. The generation of the neck checks becomes more difficult because the neck part-forming plate is the different body from the body to prevent the heat from transmitting from the neck part-forming plate to the body side and to reduce the temperature decrease of the neck part of the glass bottle.
