PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gommage cosmetic forming gommage on the wet skin, having a minimal burden on the skin, providing excellent gommage effect and warm feeling and having an excellent feeling in use. SOLUTION: This gommage cosmetic comprises (A) a water-soluble polymer, (B) a substance (except water) liquid at 25 deg.C and (C) a component (except polyol) generating heat when brought into contact with water.
