PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for the cryopreservation of mouse sperms able to give high survival rate and high motility to cryopreserved sperms after fusion and thereby able to attain high in vitro fertilization rate. SOLUTION: The kit for the cryopreservation of mouse sperms comprises a liquid for the cryopreservation of muse sperms containing raffinose and a protein source, a straw and a shale.
