SUBSTANCE: apparatus that may be used in vehicles such as motor cars is provided with main and auxiliary fans, body with pan for working liquid, inlet and outlet pipe connections with main and auxiliary adjacent passages inbetween; passages have common wall covered with porous coating on side of auxiliary passage. Apparatus also has moisture separator whose inlet is joined to outlet of auxiliary passage; one outlet located in lower part of moisture separator communicates with working liquid pan, other one which is in upper part of moisture separator communicates with inlet to auxiliary fan.
