PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure necessary space for attaching an apparatus and to improve vibration resistance of the apparatus. SOLUTION: A through-hole used as a mounting part 14 is formed above a wheel house 12 of a wheel house outer panel 10, and a blower 20 used for cooling a secondary battery is mounted to this mounting part 14 so that its center of gravity G is near a face of the wheel house outer panel 10. The blower 20 can be mounted in the new space found by forming the through-hole in the wheel house outer panel 10. The vibration resistance of the apparatus to vibration or the like of a vehicle can be improved since it is mounted so that its center of gravity is on the face.
