PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which surely fixes a toilet seat and a cover sheet such as paper, and improves the using feeling in a toilet wherein a disposable toilet seat cover sheet using paper or the like, is fed on the toilet seat. SOLUTION: By providing a plurality of suction holes (2) on the surface of the toilet seat (1), the disposable cover sheet for the toilet seat is uniformly sucked, joined and fixed to the surface of the toilet seat. Thus, a slippage between the toilet seat and the cover sheet is made hard to occur.
