PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic having a good spreadability, capable of being homogeneously applied without unevenness when applied, and excellent shape retention, sustainability of makeup and stability with time. SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic comprises (a) dialkyl carbonate, (b) polyethylene wax and/or an ethylene-propylene copolymer. Preferably, the oily solid cosmetic contains 10-30 wt.% component (a) based on the oily solid cosmetic, and the weight ratio of the components (a) to (b) included in the oily solid cosmetic is regulated so as to be (1/1)-(15/1).
