PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a thermal recording material having small skin fog and excellent color developability and storage stability. SOLUTION: In the thermal recording material comprising a heat sensitive color developing layer containing a normally colorless or pale color developable compound and a developable compound capable of color developing the color developable compound at a heat time on a support, the developing layer contains a compound represented by formula (1) as the color developable compound and an N-acetylxylidine as a sensitizer. |
