ACTIVITY NORMALIZING AGENT FOR NK CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity normalizing agent for NK cell suitable for prevention and improvement of a cancer and/or a virus infection. SOLUTION: This activity normalizing agent for NK cell comprises a royal jelly including >=9 wt.% of protein having molecular weight of 57 kilodalton. i.e., 1) the protein in the royal jelly forms a single band in nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. 2) the molecular weight measured by SDS- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under a reducing condition is about 57 kilodalton. 3) the protein includes a specific amino acid sequence of amino acid number 1-8.
