PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the change of a set torque value and to form a torque limiting tool capable of being simply constructed. SOLUTION: A tool capable of being used in the form of a pinion includes two parts, one of them functions as a driving part, and the other functions as a driven part. The two parts form a cavity, and a torque limiting clutch is inserted into the cavity. The latter is positioned to be axially freely movable and the clutch releasing torque once determined, can be kept independently from the external influence.
