PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid vessel heating apparatus which prevents increase in the room temperature and avoids oil scorching by cooling its exhaust pipe effectively to suppress temperature increase in the exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: The apparatus body consists of a liquid vessel T having an open end at the upper side which vessel is held in a casing K. The liquid vessel heating apparatus has a burner B for burning in a burning room 1 to heat the liquid vessel, and exhaust pipes 4, 5, 7, and 8 which guide and exhaust the burned exhaust gas from the burning room 1. Around the outside of the exhaust pipes 4, 5, 7, and 8, a cooling path C goes through. In the cooling path C, a fan F is fixed to blow a cooling wind. The burned exhaust gas through the exhaust pipes 4, 5, 7 and 8, and the cooling wind are to be exhausted to the emitting place 17.
