Results are evaluated by agglomeration index value as a ratio of agglutinated leukocytes to the analyzed amount of leukocytes. Cytoplasmic fraction of fungi of genus Candida, Aspergillus and Mucor are used as antigens of microorganisms. After incubation of mixture smear is fixed with methyl alcohol additionally and analyzed amount of leukocytes is selected to be 100. Antigen as a cytoplasmic fraction of fungus of genus Candida is considered to be immunogenic at value of agglomeration index 6-10%. Antigen as a cytoplasmic fraction of fungus of genus Mucor is considered to be immunogenic at leukocyte agglomeration index value 6-15%.
