摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a baked rice cake capable of uniformly baking the cake so that a shell is wholly and surely boiled, capable of preventing filled bean jam from breaking the shell, capable of efficiently baking the cakes in a large amount, and further capable of being subjected to automatic operation, when the baked rice cake of Imakawayaki (Japanese muffin filled with bean jam) type is prepared by baking a rice flour solution, and to provide a unit therefor. SOLUTION: This baking unit for preparing the baked rice cake is constituted in the following: a baking member 2a having plural baking concavities 4 is positioned between both of other baking members 1b and 2b having the same structure as the member 2a to be adjoining to the both; each of the baking members 1b, 2a, and 2b (e.g. 2a) is mounted on shafts of the adjoining members (e.g. 1b and 2b) so that the each (e.g. 2a) can freely rotates; the shafts of the each baking member can be detached upward from bearings; and the each of the adjoining baking members 1b, 2a, and 2b (e.g. 2a) has the baking concavities 4 in such positions that are symmetrically arranged to those of another member (e.g. 1b) with respect to a shaft (e.g. 33) and further symmetrically arranged to those of the other member (e.g. 2b) with respect to the other shaft (e.g. 32).
