PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a laying material for fired construction, that conventional porous laying materials for repairing and constructing river areas, riverbeds, river banks and the like of rivers or the like, obtained by wet mixing waste materials such as clinker ash, clay, charcoal ash, forming and firing are easily, washed away and destroyed by an over-flow of a river or high waves in harbors because of light specific gravity and the porous structure of the surface is destroyed by melting and crushing due to the complete firing to the center of the material when the material is relatively thick, and when incomptely firing, of the center of the material is not enough to be fired resulting in getting fragile. SOLUTION: This laying material 1 is obtained by covering at about 25 mm thickness the surface of a ball-like core material 4 composed of the rock as a nonflamable material and having high specific gravity with a material prepared by wet mixing together clinker ash, clay, bentonite and rock powder 3, 3 as a weight adjusting aggregate and a carbide, drying and then baking the resultant to form a porous structure as a unit having the core 4 in the center.
|
