PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long and inexpensive wire tool of long life with improved accuracy and efficiency in cutting work, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A binding material is formed only by an electron beam hardenable adhesive layer (single layer) or only an electron beam hardenable adhesive layer formed after the treatment with a primer in manufacturing the wire tool by fixing the abrasive grain 22c onto a wire 11 by the binding material including an electron beam hardenable adhesive 22a as its main component. The organic resin powder with superior softness and adhesive strength with the electron beam hardenable adhesive 22a, and the organic resin fiber are used as additives 22b. Further a proper amount of hard particles such as metallic particles are blended as the additives 22b to be mixed in the electron beam hardenable adhesive.
