PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary device mounted to a child seat to protect a child on the child seat safely from a car accident. SOLUTION: A fitting 1 is provided with a fixing screw 2 and a circular rail shaft 3. A spring 6 is mounted to the circular rail shaft 3 and inserted in a circular slide pipe 5 provided at either side face of the seat 4, and a screw cap 7 is fastened thereto.
