SOLUTION: In the clothes of the person having disabled hand, this button device 20 of left and right both necks of the clothes is formed of one neck hole tool 25 formed in a proper place by being surrounded by a grommet 26 and a projecting part 21 composed of an obverse projection 22 and reverse projections 23 having an outer diameter almost equal to an inner diameter of the hole tool 25 and engaging by being pushed in the hole tool 25, which are projected on the respective obverse and reverse of the other neck corresponding to the hole tool 25.
