Output of signal amplifier (2) is connected to coordinating device (3) loaded on semiconductor laser diode (VD2), connected with the first optical cable (4) to the first photodiode which anode is connected in series to input resistor of output amplifier (5) and cathode is connected to anode of photodiode (VD4). Feeding voltage is supplied to output amplifier (5), first photodiode (VD3) and photodiode (VD4). Photodiode (VD4) is connected through the second optical cable (6) to the second photodiode (VD1) in which circuit resistor is mounted in parallel to emitter-base circuit of transistor (VT1) of p-n-p type which collector is connected to base of transistor (VT2) of p-n-p type, emitter of transistor (VT1) of p-n-p type and collector of transistor (VT2) of p-n-p type are connected to positive electrode of signal amplifier (2). Emitter of transistor (VT2) of p-n-p type is connected to power supply buss of signal amplifier (2) and coordinating device (3).
