PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the resistance of a barium titanate semiconductor porcelain while keeping positive temperature coefficient(PTC) characteristics. SOLUTION: This semiconductor porcelain is obtained by mixing a barium titanate-based porcelain converted into a semiconductor with a barium plumbate porcelain in a prescribed ratio. The content of the barium titanate-based porcelain converted into the semiconductor is 58-70 vol.%. Furthermore, the content of the barium titanate-based porcelain converted into the semiconductor is 61-68 vol.%. |
