PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for manufacturing an aluminum alloy preform by using a metal or a semi-metal which is less easily manufactured by a melting method or a casting method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing system comprises a forming die having a through hole with an alloy powder filled therein and movably inserting a lower punch member in a lower part of the through hole, a forming die heating device 80 which is integrally assembled with the forming die and capable of being carried and preheated, a filling mechanism 20 which stores the alloy powder and fills the alloy powder in a hole of the forming die, a punch member inserting mechanism 30 which inserts an upper punch member onto the filled alloy powder, an energizing pulse impressing sintering machine 40 which is provided with an energization electrode which is brought into contact with the upper and lower punch members and press them, and presses the alloy powder and allows the DC pulse current to run to achieve the press sintering, a carrying mechanism 10 to move the forming die between the filling mechanism, the punch member inserting mechanism and the energizing pulse impressing sintering machine, and a drawing mechanism 50 for drawing the preform and the upper punch member from the forming die.
