PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvester for crops by separating a growing crop having a heavy weight from a field, eliminating the overlap between mutual crops of mutually adjoining continuous crops when crops separated from the field are transported and not damaging the final crops. SOLUTION: This harvester for the growing crops is equipped with a self-propelled apparatus, a recovery treatment apparatus for separating the growing crops from a field and a transportation conveyor for transporting the crops separated from the field by the recovery treatment apparatus. The transportation velocity of the transportation conveyor is set 1.5-2.5 times the traveling velocity during the recovery treatment operation by the self-propelled apparatus. A discharging apparatus for changing storage to discharge of released crops is laid at the transportation end of the transportation conveyor.
