PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair bleaching method which can be used only for the hair without scattering the liquid during the use, and bleach the hair without polluting the periphery thereof. SOLUTION: In this hair bleaching method, the hair is bleached by applying to the hair the foam-like hair bleaching agent with the liquid hair dye stored in a vessel comprising a vessel body of high gas permeability and a pump mechanism provided on the vessel body in an integrally sealed manner.
