PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photocatalyst composition which has good storage stability, excellent in transparency, durability, hardness and so on, and can form coating films having photocatalyst activity in mild conditions. SOLUTION: This photocatalyst composition is characterized by containing a photocatalyst sol having a number - average particle diameter of <=400 nm and a silicone compound having two or more Si-H groups in the molecule.
