PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel suspension device for a motorcycle for improving an assembling property and maintainability. SOLUTION: In the motorcycle in which an engine unit 7 is mounted on a vehicle body and a power transmission part 8 connected to the engine unit 7 is swingably provided on the vehicle body via a pivot shaft 9, the power transmission part 8 is used as the rear wheel suspension device, ends of a pair of left and right arm parts 8 and 51 arranged in parallel are connected by a connecting member 57 and are integrated as the rear wheel suspension device 8, the one arm part 8 is formed into a hollow shape capable of storing a power transmission member such as a propeller shaft 49 at the inside, is formed into a hollow form dividable into left and right sides and the arm part 8 is constituted as a transmission unit 8 constituted of an arm base part 54 and a cover part 55.
