PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hold arranging structure for a multipurpose cargo ship capable of simultaneously loading three kinds of cargos different in apparent specific gravity and transporting the cargos. SOLUTION: A hold space 3a for container is constituted by being arranged from a prescribed rear position of a midship MS to a bow so that the center of gravity Ga may be the front of the midship MS of a ship l when a container 10a is loaded. A hold space 3b for break bulk is constituted by being arranged in prescribed regions before and after the midship MS so that the center of gravity Gb may be the front of the midship MS when break bulk 10 is loaded. A hold space 3c for vehicle is constituted by being arranged on the stern part side so that the center of gravity Gc may be the rear side of the midship MS when a vehicle 10c is loaded.
