PURPOSE: A manufacturing equipment of yarn comprised of yarn for wadding thread and yarn for floating thread is provided which is characterized by reducing the cost of a device because of decrease of parts, reducing mechanical trouble, reducing the installation area and being possible to control width of yarn for floating thread. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing equipment is comprised of: a driving motor(2); a rotating shaft(6) driven by connecting with the driving motor(2); a decelerator(10) which is connected with the rotating shaft(6), decelerating driving power of the driving motor(2); the first driving shaft(14) connected with the rotating shaft(6) and rotated; a gauge installed on a lower part of the first driving shaft(14) and made yarn for floating thread to be wound on a winding part continuously repeatedly; a pair of driving roller which are installed on the ends of the first output shafts, supporting the center of yarn to float thread by a pair of yarn for wadding thread and feeding; the second driving shaft(27) which is installed on the same shaft line as the first driving shaft(14), rotating in the opposite direction of driving direction of the rotating shaft(6) and plaiting yarn for floating thread; yarn(28) for pressing being wound on bobbins(29)(39); and a chain(33) driven by connecting with the second output shaft(30).
