PURPOSE: A device for moving a headrest is provided to supply convenience by moving a position of a headrest according to position of a passenger. CONSTITUTION: A headrest moving device comprises a stay(2) protruded on a lower portion of a headrest(1); a trim garnish(3) mounting the headrest on an upper portion of a back sheet; a through hole(31) penetrating the stay by being mounted in the middle of the trim garnish; a protrusion(32) formed on a lower portion of the trim garnish for being combined to a support bracket(4); an elastic rubber combined to the through hole; a slider contained in a guide rail(5); and a stopper controlling movement of the slider by being mounted on a side portion of a body. The guide rail is installed on a lower portion of the support bracket. Thereby, the headrest moving device supplies convenience to a user by moving the headrest according to position of a passenger.
