PURPOSE:To form a multicolor pattern on the surface of a sponge cake by using a natural colorant capable of safely coloring food blue. CONSTITUTION:The objective food colorant with a blue coloring matter (involved in eyebrow pencils) as the ingredient. A desired pattern is provided by screen printing technique on the surface of a sponge cake by using the above colorant; specifically, using (A) a multicolor material prepared by incorporating white chocolate with the colorant, a kind of colored natural food powder, on (B) the surface of a spongy cake base. |
